ABC’s and 123’s can solve tough problems. The body’s equivalent to one of our most basic functions - breath.
Pay attention to when you hold your breath. It’s key to knowing what is stressing you. Once you have the awareness, make a conscious effort to breathe in for a count of 4, hold your breath for a count of four, and then letting your breath out for a count of four.
Check in with yourself daily. Practice deep breathing and see where it takes you. Oxygen is definitely a great key to feeling inspired.
